Is there a Hooga highstreet store?

Hooga is only available online.

Can I change/amend my order once it's been placed?

If you need to amend your order, you can email us at hello@hooga.co.uk and we will update your order for you. If the order has already been dispatched, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. However, you're welcome to return your order and we will refund you the money or exchange the item.

Will I have to sign for my order?

Usually for jewellery and some of our other products, we will send via Royal Mail 1st class signed for. Not all products are signed for. Although if you would rather signed for then please let us know in the additional information on the checkout page. 

We use both Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail 1st Class Signed.

When will my refund be complete?

All refunds will be processed once the items have reached us. It will then take around 1-5 business days for the money to arrive back into your account.

How do I return my order?

All returns must be returned in the original packaging. Please see our delivery & returns page for more details.
